Teodora Popovska is the Program and PR Manager for the Citizens Association MOST, an organization which works on strengthening Macedonia’s democratic culture. She has worked on lobbying and advocating for community needs as well as performing research and analysis on the transparency and accountability of government institutions. Popovska also has demonstrated experience in the field of elections and voter education at both the domestic and international level. While in the U.S., Popovska worked with Citizens Union (CU) in New York City, contributing to the organization’s voter education efforts, helping design the Online Voters Directory for CU members, and organizing election education events. Upon returning to Macedonia, she continued to foster a more aware and active citizenry, focusing specifically on engaging youth in elections and providing citizens platforms where the constituents can communicate with their elected officials on local and national issues.
