As a Co-Founder for Creative Solutions, Taona Makunje has experience promoting businesses and entrepreneurship through organizing and facilitating capacity-building trainings. Upon returning to Malawi, Taona plans to fight deforestation by creating awareness in rural communities and promoting sustainable entrepreneurship to divert people from practices that are destructive to nature. Taona will be placed at 350Vermont in Burlington, Vermont working with youth and grassroots organizing to promote climate justice.
