As the Civic Innovation Fund Manager of the Civil Society Development Foundation, Simona Adam is working both in the NGO sector and the private one, offering consultancy in communication and community building. While in the U.S., Adam worked with Global Integrity in Washington D.C., where she managed the research process for five countries and organized events. Since her return to Romania, Adam has focused her efforts on the development and coordination of the Civic Innovation Fund and the as the Donate with Pago initiator and coordinator.
