As the Executive Director and Project Manager for NGO Homo Ecos, Santa manages the organization in accordance with its strategic goals and organizes educational activities for the community about sustainable lifestyles. Santa is an expert in project management and non-formal educational activities for youth and has developed skills in NGO operations and leadership. During her fellowship in the United States, Santa hopes to learn about non-violent activism and strategy building, designing educational campaigns, and techniques to build local capacity. She also aims to develop her skills in organizing sustainable initiatives for community self-reliance and fundraising. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Santa plans to continue to train young activists and community leaders to organize non-violent environmental campaigns, and to empower youth to create sustainable community solutions.
