As a Project Manager and Trainer for Programme d’Aappui à la Société Civile, Rahma advocates for transparency in governance by providing non-formal education at the community level and implementing civil society projects on the national and international levels. Rahma is an expert in transparency and advocacy and has advanced skills in monitoring and evaluation, reporting, writing project proposals, and teaching. During her fellowship in the United States, Rahma hopes to learn more about transparency while also developing her skills in communication strategies, leadership, and facilitating dialogue. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Rahma plans to promote transparency within the community, especially for youth, so that the future generation will value transparent and democratic practices.
