As a Program Officer for Perludem—Association for Election and Democracy, Maharddhika has experience conducting advocacy research that supports citizens' rights, especially marginalized groups such as women, youth, and indigenous people. Maharddhika is placed at SparkAction in New York, NY, where he aims to learn new strategies for creating access for youth to participate in decision-making forums and socio-political discourse. Upon returning to Indonesia, Maharddhika plans to establish a project called "Prakarsa Muda!" or "Youth Initiate!" that aims to enhance youth leadership and participation in the political process.
