As Assistant Project Manager at PAC Multimedia, a non-profit organization in Skopje, within the Interethnic Integration in Education Project (IIEP), Lea Linin coordinates the implementation of creative workshops and forum theaters for high school students around Macedonia. As a CSP Fellow, Linin worked at the Lake Eden Arts Festival and Voices United in North Carolina, gaining experience from a variety of different community development projects and learning about engaging youth in cultural understanding through the arts. Now returned from the Community Solutions Program Fellowship, Linin is focusing on conceptualizing and implementing activities which will unite students coming from different ethnic backgrounds.
