As a project manager for the Chipmong Insee Cement Corporation, Kosal Kong ensures that corporate projects are socially and environmentally responsible, by conducting environmental impact assessments and conducting stakeholder meetings regarding community impacts. During his fellowship program in the United States, Kong hopes to learn about environmental education, water resources management, and how to reduce carbon dioxide emission from heavy industry. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Kong plans to launch a project related to educational reforms, environmental issues and water resources management program for his local community.
