As founding director for Oasis Water Solutions Malawi, Kondwani Doane Magombo has experience in community mobilization and facilitation, resource mobilization, budget tracking, project reporting, and monitoring and evaluation. For his CSP Practicum, Kondwani was placed at Rural Action in The Plains, Ohio where he supported watershed preservation programming including water quality monitoring, riparian restoration, wetland creation, and other water-related work. For his follow-on project in Malawi, Kondwani plans to develop a resource center that will train communities on water and waste management and promote hygiene awareness.
