As the director of operations for the Costa Rica Insect Company, Kevin Quirós Serrano has experience solving community issues through the Insect Partners Program and providing opportunities to families and women in rural areas. For his CSP practicum, Kevin collaborated with Edesia, Inc in North Kingstown, Rhode Island where he supported projects and conducted research. For his follow-on project in Costa Rica, Kevin plans to expand the insect supply chain in Costa Rica to achieve greater social and environmental impact through sustainable production.
