As co-founder of We Love Digital Unirii, Karina Mereuta develops a broad range of leadership and communication abilities, as well as strong analysis and problem solving skills relating to social entrepreneurship. During her fellowship in the United States, Mereuta hopes to build her knowledge and skills to increase the capacity of her organization to serve women entrepreneurs. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, she plans to continue her work related to small and medium-sized enterprises by increasing the capacity of women entrepreneurs to be more competitive in a challenging environment, and to have more courage and initiative to pursue innovative approaches.
