Jabez is a program assistant for the Media Empowerment for a Democratic Sri Lanka program. He is involved in coordinating and supporting activities implemented by the program.

Currently, Jabez works on three MEND programs: Spotlight, MediaExchange and Gender Equality in Media (GEM). Prior to joining the MEND team, he was engaged in several social services and voluntary activities.

Jabez speaks Tamil, Sinhala, English and has certain element of proficiency in Hindi. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration (international business) from the University of Pune, India.
