As a Communications Analyst of UNDP, Gradiah Walker Bou Hussein manages internal and external communications activities and supports stakeholder engagement.  While in the U.S., Bou Hussein worked with The League of Women Voters of California in Sacramento, where she supported the  development of initiatives on civic education and voter education. Since her return to Liberia, Bou Hussein is creating a knowledge management system and is documenting lessons learned around women in the oil palm industry in Northwest Liberia to showcase the role and contributions of women in agriculture.
