Since 2000, Gracia Violeta Ross has led and strengthened the National Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS in Bolivia (REDBOL), an organization which she founded. Ross trains people living with HIV/AIDS in public speaking, research, advocacy, including using social media, and gender justice. As a Community Solutions Program Fellow, Ross hopes to learn and strengthen her abilities to organize a network of women living with HIV/AIDS, currently one of the most vulnerable and neglected communities.

Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Ross expects to start a National Network of Women and Children Living with HIV/AIDS and to advocate for more programs for HIV/AIDS prevention oriented towards women and girls.
