As a Program Manager, Giva Kuppusamy is responsible for managing collaborative projects that focus on fish-plant research interface for sustainable aquaculture. During his fellowship in the United States, he hopes to strengthen knowledge and leadership skills on aquaculture economics and technology. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Kuppusamy plans on implementing a project to address supply and quality control of local fish through new methodology of an aquaculture environment. This innovative project will give rise to crop-insect-fish value chain and enhance revenue stream for Sarawak communities.
