Elle Rodriguez is a program associate for the Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program in the Leadership Practice. In this role, Elle supports the CEE Specialists Component.

Prior to joining IREX, Elle worked in international and bilingual schools and with local governments and municipalities, redesigning diverse educational outreach programs to adjust the universality and engagement of English language curriculum in low-resource and underserved communities. Passionate about international development and global affairs, Elle brings with her significant experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments.

Elle holds a master’s degree in humanitarian logistics and management with an emphasis in humanitarian work psychology from the Universita della Svizzera italiana and bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology with a minor in multicultural studies from the University of Missouri.
