Le Bao Chau works as a coordinator for Oneness Yoga Vietnam - a start up in Hanoi, Vietnam, and recently worked as a fellow in LabourNet, a social enterprise in India. She focuses on analysis, counseling and impact assessment for development studies, especially in regards to the labor market, gender equality, youth employment and skill development. During her fellowship in the United States, she hopes to learn strategic management skills, networking and communication skills, and how to develop a working system in the social enterprise sectors of education and employment. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Le Bao goal is to establish a start-up social enterprise which focuses on counseling in education, employment and women’s empowerment.
