As a project manager for Youtheon, Aymen Bouazizi has experience in developing and managing projects dedicated to empowering vulnerable youth through non-formal education and exchange programs. For his CSP practicum, Sourav collaborated with Atlas Service Corps, Inc. in Washington, DC where he supported Scholars' onboarding, coordinated and delivered activities, evaluated of the Virtual Leadership Institute program, and further developed opportunities available to Atlas Corps Scholars and Alumni. For his follow-on project in Tunisia, Aymen plans to create a new problem-solving mindset and coproduction approach for sustainable community solutions led by young social innovators.
