As an Event Coordinator and trainer for Algerian Youth Voices, Aness Abdeldjalil Benkhelil has experience training youth leaders. Aness is in New York supporting the Zimam conflict resolution movement and helping raise international awareness of Zimam's work. Upon returning to Algeria, Aness plans to organize a series of train-the-trainer workshops to participants and active volunteers from different associations who would bring back the initiative to their respective organizations.
