As the founder and the head of the Governing Board at Jage Kastare Foundation in Lombok, Ahmad Junaidi has been educating, managing the potential of, and giving life skills trainings to youth at Central Lombok District in West Nusa Tenggara for the past two years. As a Community Solutions Program Fellow, Junaidi hopes to learn about managing women’s empowerment activities, especially for girls in rural areas.

Upon returning to Indonesia, he plans to implement a project that aims to educate girls in a low income community of Ungge village about life skills, leadership initiatives, village issues, and the power of gender equality through activity-based and content-based English classes, internet literacy training, and village art product marketing skills through a Girls Camp.
