As a Director of Social Responsibility for Ligas Femeninas de Fútbol 7, Thalia Simich has experience in environment law, project development for the energy and mining sectors, and community development projects using sports as a tool for women's empowerment. Thalia Simich is placed at Verde in Portland, OR, assisting in the development of their community solar projects that support low-income people and people of color in the local community. Upon returning to Peru, Thalia plans to design a comprehensive community project that promotes youth participation, gender equality and environmental awareness in local communities.
