As a Volunteer for the Asociación Costarricense de Padres y Amigos de Personas con Autismo - ASCOPA, Natalia Obando has experience working with persons with disabilities (PWD), especially Autism. For her follow-on project in Costa Rica, Natalia plans to create social entrepreneurship and an interdisciplinary team to guarantee inclusion for persons with disabilities and their families.

Natalia will be placed at CrossCut Mountain Sports in Bozeman, MT to learn about residential services and support employment and subcontract services for persons with disabilities.
