The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in Pakistan is seeking a consultant or firm to produce six high-quality educational videos.

Purpose

The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in Pakistan, funded by the U.S. Department of State, implemented by IREX is seeking a consultant or firm to produce six high-quality educational videos. The videos will be featured as part of the program’s Alumni Academy which empowers established and emerging alumni leaders (ages ranging from mid-twenties to thirties) with essential skills and knowledge to tackle pressing challenges within their communities. Through an engaging project design and management curriculum, the Alumni will cultivate proposal and project management capabilities to position themselves to apply for grant funding.

*IREX will supply the vendor with the script and PowerPoint materials. While there is still plenty of room for a creative space, the PowerPoint materials are meant to be illustrative guides that accompany the creative direction you propose.

Eligibility requirements

• Capacity to fully produce all videos
• Quality and creativity of production
• Cost & budget
• Management Approach (addressing the applicant’s ability to provide a single point of contact to IREX, flexibility to work with non-technical clients, tools for managing the timeline, etc.);
• Past performance producing similar content.

At its discretion, IREX may ask for additional information.
