Yosra Ben Abdallah is the country operations manager for IREX's Tunisia office. She supports all programs in ensuring financial and administrative compliance.

Yosra has over eight years of experience working in finance and administration for several international NGOs, supporting projects funded by diverse donors including USAID, MEPI, the British Embassy, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, the European Endowment for Democracy, Open Society Foundations, the United Nations International Organization for Migration, and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. Yosra’s experience lends to local grants management as well as training finance teams in compliance and accountability for Tunisian and Libyan local organizations.

Yosra is also active in civil society in Tunisia and has contributed to the startup of local associations through the development of financial, human resources, and procurement guidelines. She has also contributed to training executive boards on sound compliance with Tunisian law and writing financial proposals for funding opportunities. She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
