Varsha works in the Agriculture and Animal Care sector, leading Papeeta Basket as an award- winning sustainable agricultural entrepreneur focusing on the production of fresh, healthy, and safe papaya as well as other fruits. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Varsha’s top business challenge is scaling and expansion. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn how to improve their leadership skills, access resources and opportunities to expand their business, share best international practices through awareness programs, and collaborate for sustainable development.
