Trinity Blessitt is the current program associate for the Young Leaders of the Americas (YLAI) Program within the Leadership Practice at IREX. In this role, Trinity serves as a meticulous project manager and liaison for entrepreneurs of the Americas and supports the program's curriculum and events component.

During her start with the YLAI Program, Trinity served as the primary liaison to external partners for execution of pre-fellowship orientations held for YLAI fellows in Curacao, Chile, and Colombia in 2023 and secured upwards of $80,000 to be used towards international hotel bookings and external event partners. Trinity also led the design and execution of YLAI’s three-day virtual orientation.

Trinity's experience as an event planner, workshop facilitator, and community advisor offers clarity and comfort to partners looking to invest in development fellowships. Trinity has a master of arts in strategic communications from American University and is developing into a solid resource for international brand experience. Besides her work accomplishments, she enjoys travel, all things interior design, healthy living, and fitness.
