Taylin works in the Fashion sector, leading Effluz. This fellow specializes in retail clothes and products for premature babies, kids, parents, and businesses. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Taylin’s top business challenge is finance. During the host placement, they hope to learn about leadership, how to bring about real changes in society, and how to manage a business in the current pandemic while helping those in need.
