Tatiana works in the food & beverage sector as the owner of Avec Amour. Avec Amour is a provider of healthy, gluten-free meals that can be prepared in just a few minutes for health-conscious consumers and busy professionals with gluten-free dietary needs. The company offers over one hundred diverse products, with new offerings on a regular basis. In the short term, Tatiana aims to continue providing convenient, healthy, and gluten-free food. Ultimately, the goal is to grow the company from its current market (Rio de Janeiro) to the entire Brazilian market through a new associated company, Empório Inclusivo, which will distribute additional product lines throughout Brazil. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Tatiana’s top business challenge is Scaling & Expansion. More specifically, they want to grow the company without compromising the home-made quality of its food products, while contending with the high costs of national distribution. During the Fellowship Placement, Tatiana hopes to gain knowledge and take this opportunity to be exposed to new ideas and trends, helping her stay ahead of the curve and remain competitive in this constantly evolving industry.
