As the Founder of EtyaLab, Susana Lau has experience as a technology consultant and project manager, defining software requirements, designing customized solutions, and leading tech teams. During the fellowship, Susana aims to learn strategies that will help her scale the company and build a strong tech team. Upon her return to Panama, Susana plans to implement these strategies to double sales next year with a more solid team.
