Sindy works in the Artisan Products sector, leading Lalilá Studio as an artisan of macrame crafts, creating pieces for interior design. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Sindy’s top business challenge is Strategy. During the host placement, they hope to learn about how to make a company profitable, how to measure and improve a company’s social impact, and how to anticipate and mitigate business risks.
