Simon Canelon Centeno is Co-Founder of Masacua Foods, an agricultural business dedicated to the eco-friendly production and marketing of foods, especially grains, coffee, and nuts. Mascacua Foods offers trainings to local farmers, and produces nuts for NutriMani, a supplement designed to overcome infant malnutrition in Venezuela. During the Fellowship, Simon hopes to learn how to manage his business finances, adapt to management difficulties, and scale the social impact of his business. Upon return to Venezuela, Simon plans to empower more people with agriculture skills and improve environmental awareness in communities across the country.
