Shelton Roulhac serves as IREX’s director of strategic communications, where he spearheads efforts to heighten the awareness of the organization and its impact in the world. Shelton leads a dynamic team tasked with developing and promoting campaigns to communicate the relevance of IREX’s mission and the solutions that IREX advances to address barriers to just, prosperous, and inclusive societies.
Prior to launching his career in communications and public policy, Shelton studied at the University of Witswatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. He holds a bachelor of science in economics from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and a juris doctorate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
