As the Founder of Jamur Institute of Education and Advice, Ruiz Kartoredjo has experience in coaching and inspiring youth, providing training, highlighting company messages, and bringing attention to individual brands. During the fellowship, Ruiz aims to learn strategies for setting up an educational business, how to grow an online tutoring platform, best practices or models for scaling the business, and how to be more influential as a leader. Upon returning to Suriname, Ruiz plans to increase the number of educators tutoring on his online tutoring platform fivefold within the next year.
