As a Founder, business developer, and tour operator for Kotbak El Salvador, Rodrigo Molina Aceto has experience in planning and hosting adventure experiences and celebration events and marketing, promoting, and selling services. During the fellowship, Rodrigo aims to learn about event planning and promotion as well as selling and digital marketing travel experiences online (surf and adventure), and creating local events. Upon returning to El Salvador, Rodrigo plans to launch a website as an online experience boutique that offers a wide variety of travel and local experiences, surf and adventure retreats, local hosting, lodgings, and more. The goal is to connect at least 100 adventure seekers with the experience of their lives in El Salvador between 2020 and 2021.
