Roberto works in the Education sector at EnSeñas El Salvador, leading as the director of this sign language and braille academy. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Roberto’s top business challenge is strategy. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn about inclusion, how to create programs to teach sign language, turn their ideas into action, lead an education business, and create alliances.
