Renaldo works in the Business sector leading the Sciro Business Group and is a real estate professional with an emphasis on teaching financial literacy to young people. Clients are usually aged 20–35 with an interest in acquiring property who may not have the financial resources or knowledge of how to acquire them. The business is unique because, unlike other real estate firms, land resource challenges are approached from a holistic standpoint. Clients, at no cost to themselves, are taught how to optimize their finances to acquire real estate and are trained to manage them responsibly from an environmental impact perspective. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Renaldo’s top business challenge is Marketing and Sales.
