Pedro works in the Community Development sector, leading Cilpen Global Business as a waste management services and recycling expert. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, this fellow’s top business challenge is law and policy. During the host placement, Pedro hopes to learn about human resources and how HR departments work to integrate people and keep them happy. In addition, this fellow wants to explore environmental departments in order to see how such businesses are directly tackling environmental protection.
