Paola works in the business services sector as the Business Development Manager (BDM) of Grupo Worldlogistic. For entrepreneurs and companies interested in doing business with Ecuador, Grupo Worldlogistic is a logistics service that provides an integrated logistics solution that includes customs brokerage, international transportation, and warehousing services and advisory. Paolo’s short-term goal is to gain new customers and keep the current ones happy, while their long-term goal is to operate across all ports, borders, and airports of Ecuador. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Paola’s top business challenge is Marketing and increasing the company’s digital presence. During the Fellowship Placement, Paola hopes to gain knowledge on strategies for marketing, digital presence, and PR in the services industry.
