Omoladun Tyehimba is an international education professional with expertise in managing and implementing youth leadership programs. She oversees monitoring and evaluation for the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders.

Omoladun has supported a number of youth leadership programs at IREX including the Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program, the Community College Initiative, and Global UGRAD-Pakistan.

Prior to joining IREX, Omoladun worked for a Fulbright teacher exchange program at the Institute of International Education and supported the TESOL program at American University. Omoladun has served as an English teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program. She also spent a summer in South Korea coordinating cultural events for international students at Sookmyung Women’s College.

Omoladun holds an MA in international communication from American University and a BA in Japanese and French studies from DePaul University.
