Norma works in the Health sector leading Salvando Latidos A.C. The fellow is a doctor leading a non-profit health organization focusing on prevention of, attention to, diagnosis of, and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The target population is all those who know they have a cardiovascular disease and all those who want to know about their condition. The differentiating characteristic of this organization is that the population served is not limited to any age group; rather, all persons from newborns to older adults can access quality medical care.
