As the Executive Director of Beca a un Pana, Nicola Yammine has experience in managing a nonprofit organization and working alongside principal universities of the country to improve Venezuelan education. During the fellowship, Nicola hopes to develop his management skills, learn more about fundraising, implement new tools and technologies for the growth of the organization, build strategic alliances, and improve the communication platforms of his organization. Upon returning to Venezuela, Nicola expects to put everything learned into practice as he improves internal processes and expands Beca a un Pana, thus increasing the number of those who can benefit from the program.
