Mariana works in the Environmental Issues sector as a humanitarian worker, leading Vagamundos, an organization that offers environmental experiences. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Mariana’s top business challenge is scaling and expansion. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn about building a strong network of young leaders throughout the Americas to expand the business and to make a social and environmental impact with its community.
