Maria-Luisa works in the Education sector as an English teacher leading Metta Academy, an online language academy for the less privileged. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Maria- Luisa’s top business challenge is finance. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn about and improve the B2C and B2B2C business model, finances, and bookkeeping. The fellow would love to have a female social entrepreneur as a role model (if possible) and would like to create a network of peers where they can share ideas and collaborate as they face the same challenges.
