Marco works in the Food and Beverages sector leading Sula Food Company. The fellow is an industrial business manager, working to transform local raw materials (i.e., food) into RTE products that offer health and convenience. The company currently makes beef jerky. Their customers are health-conscious people who care about what they eat. Sula Food Company offers a healthy and convenient RTE snack, that is free from artificial ingredients, at about half the price compared to other brands. According to their customers, the flavor is their greatest achievement. Simply put, their beef jerky tastes like meat, not like factory-made stuff. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Marco’s top business challenge is Law and Policy.
