Leybis works in the business services sector as the Lead Strategist and Co-founder of Impulso Marketing Studio. For medium-sized companies that need help positioning their brands through digital marketing strategies, Impulso Marketing Studio is a marketing agency that helps its customers create engaging content for their audience, along with digital marketing campaigns. Leybis aims to enter into new markets outside Panama in the short term. Ultimately, the fellow’s long-term goals are to develop a marketing agency with branches in different countries and to support its social projects. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Leybis’s top business challenge is Scaling & Expansion, especially in the commercial department, as the fellow has been focused on the company operations and maintenance of customers. During the Fellowship Placement, Leybis hopes to gain knowledge and to learn from the FPOs on how they overcame similar challenges and optimized their resources to scale.
