As a Chief Executive Officer for The Exuberant Overseas Placement Agency, Kimone Kerr has exceptional experience in developing business relations, new partnerships, and excellent recruitment skills in the hospitality industry. During the fellowship, Kimone aims to learn advanced leadership and management techniques in hospitality, new approaches to forming business relationships, and an advanced approach to social marketing. Upon returning to Jamaica, she plans to launch a licensed training program to certify youths in the hospitality industry, targeting high school graduates and drop-outs. Additionally, she hopes to utilize the YLAI network to expand her company to two other cities in Jamaica.
