As a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer for Re-Fine Chocolate, José David Duran Hidalgo has experience in the creation and administration of new products and brands. During the fellowship, José aims to learn about new strategies in marketing for a global market, the development of mechanisms for the growth in sales in an international market, the wholesale of foods, and how to grow his network within the food services industry. Upon returning to Ecuador, José plans to create a new marketing campaign and sales mechanism for the expansion of the company and to generate new customers around the globe.
