Jordon works in the Health Sector and is an adept innovator and entrepreneur, leading Sweelevia Enterprise Limited in the commercialization and sale of products that have business and social impacts in the food and beverage, environmental issues, and health sectors. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, this fellow’s top business challenge is finance. During the host placement, they hope to contribute to and have a positive impact on the continued growth and success of the US business or organization to which they will be assigned. They hope to learn marketing and accounting best practices, adapting to the needs of businesses during a pandemic and learning about corporate social responsibility.
