As a Co-Founder of Greenmonkey, Johana Campos has experience with pricing, commercial strategies to increase sales and profitability, and managing human resources. During the fellowship, Johana aims to learn about sources for financing growth for startups, digital and marketing strategies to increase sales, and how to replicate the business concept in other countries. Upon returning to El Salvador, Johana plans to work towards expanding the concept behind Greenmonkey, develop the growth plan in El Salvador and the region to increase profitability, engage new hires, and offer better conditions to Greenmonkey’s loyal employees.
