As a CEO for PindNET R&D SA de CV, Javier Pindter Medina has experience in technical areas such as digital systems, power electronics, firmware and software development, IoT development, and additive manufacturing. In administrative areas, he has experience in customer care and contracts, IP, software licensing, and financial administration. During the fellowship, Javier aims to learn about strategies for international business, multicultural/multinational project development, and how to run an efficient marketing campaign. Upon returning to Mexico, Javier plans to put into action the knowledge acquired and develop a new strategy that allows PindNET to scale to at least two regional locations in Mexico during the next year, and one international office during the next 18 months.
